A German composer, a musician and a teacher, Alexander Eichmann was born in 1961 in Tobol. At the age of 15 he was admitted to the Rudny Music College to the class of V. I. Smirov, a graduate of the Gnessin- Institute-Moskaw.  Thus, in parallel with the baccalaureate, a full course of study was completed. The marks of the state examination: solo performance of a concert program - very good, conducting with orchestra - very good. Subject grades: Work analysis/ score reading/ piano/ English/harmonics/composition/arrangement- very good. Qualifications: graduate music teacher, graduate conductor.
After graduating from music college, he continued his studies at Modest Petrovich Musorgsky Ural Conservatory in Ekaterinburg in the class of Prof. Y.P. Klyukin. State examination: Solo performance of a concert program - very good, subject grades: Piano/English/Composition/Counterpoint/Polyphony/Harmonics - very good. Conducting: good.
Qualification: lecturer with teaching qualification at all types of schools including music college.
At the age of 29, Alexander Eichmann was elected a headmaster of a music school.
Concurrently with the position of a headmaster, he performed solo with orchestras in the former Soviet Union, including a State Concert on the occasion of the inauguration of the first President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.
An important turning point in his biography was his migration to Germany in 1993, followed by admission exams, studies and state exams at the University of Cologne, due to the non-recognition of either his existing musical education (diploma of a music academy and diploma of the Ural Conservatory) or his 13-years’ experience as a music teacher. During his studies at the University, he regularly performed as a soloist throughout Germany, including the Cologne Cathedral, the Cathedral of Bonn, as well as the final concert of the prize-winners of the International Organ Competition of the Hermann Schroeder Society in the Abbey of Luxembourg. After years of improvisations, arrangements and numerous orchestrations, Alexander was overwhelmed by a strong desire to write his own music. Thus, from the end of 2016 onwards, he started his career as a composer. His catalogue includes works for solo instruments, various chamber ensembles, choir, organ and soloists as well as works for wind and symphony orchestras.
